Get to a new place without the commute.

At home safely

Our therapies happen where your life already takes place—at home—combining virtual psychiatric care, clear safety protocols, and ongoing integration support so your nervous system can stay regulated and the work is grounded in your real environment, routines, and relationships.

Why do this at home?

More ease in your nervous system.

Most people feel less stress and more open when they don’t have to drive across town, sit in a fluorescent waiting room, and navigate a medical building before and after a session.

Real change in your real environment.

Because you’re in your own space, insights and changes land directly into the rooms, relationships, and routines where you actually live, making it easier to translate them into daily choices.

Greater access, fewer barriers.

Telehealth brings care to those on neighboring islands, in rural areas, with mobility limits, with monetary limits, or simply busy lives. And the research backs it up—Tele-psychiatry produces outcomes that match in-person care.

A held, not DIY,
experience.

At-home doesn’t mean “on your own”—we prepare you, stay connected around your sessions, and build in integration so you’re supported before, during, and after each ketamine journey.

Built on research, shaped around you.

At-home ketamine studies have shown the best outcomes when treatment is structured and monitored; we take those lessons, add even more relational care, then adjust our approach to your individual needs.

A container fit to your life.

At-home care makes it more realistic to get consistent support long enough for new patterns to fully take root. Our 90-day process is designed to sit alongside your work, family, and responsibilities, so healing doesn’t require stepping out of your life—it reshapes how you move through it.

How at-home subcutaneous ketamine works

Subcutaneous (subQ) ketamine is delivered by a small injection under the skin, allowing the medicine to absorb steadily into the bloodstream without an IV or clinic visit. For many people, that creates a smoother onset and a clear arc to the experience, with enough time in the “working” phase for music therapy, inner exploration, and meaningful emotional processing.

Because the dose is pre-measured, subQ supports precise, repeatable dosing from session to session, without the absorption variability that can come with lozenges or nasal sprays. We pair that consistency with careful screening, real-time check-ins around the dosing window, and clear safety guidelines (no driving that day, no casual redosing, and limits on frequency) so the work stays clinically grounded and safe.

For those who are uncomfortable with self-injection, we will have other delivery methods available.
